Wrap Around Care and School Clubs
The Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School Breakfast Club provides breakfast in a safe, secure and relaxed environment together with a range of activities for the children before school. We are open Monday to Friday, during term time only from 7.50am to 8.50am. Children may arrive no earlier than 7.50am and breakfast will be available up until 8.15am.
The cost per session for the breakfast club is £3.50 and sessions must be pre-booked and pre-paid at least 24 hours in advance via Wisepay
Full Terms and Conditions are available to download below, and you must sign and return this along with a completed registration form to the school office before you can be added to the booking system.
We offer a range of healthy, balanced breakfast choices such as…
- Toast and cereal
- Hot and cold drinks
- Fresh fruit will be made available everyday
Once the children have finished their breakfasts they take part in a variety of supervised activities that will prepare them for their school day.
After School Care - Simply out of School
Our after school care provider, Simply Out of School is now established and can offer sessions until 5.45pm Monday to Friday during Term time. They are registered to accept Childcare vouchers as payment for any sessions booked. If you need this service for any period of time please contact Emma Matthews on 01656 372910 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or visit the website below for details of how to register your child(ren)
Termly Activity Clubs
The after school activity clubs are run by staff of Sacred Heart normally for 12 weeks of each Autumn, Spring and Summer Term. Details will be emailed out half termly for you to sign your child(ren) up to a Club via Wisepay. This half terms clubs list is detailed below.
Please note: All clubs run from 3.15 to 4.15pm. Clubs start in the week beginning 5th September and finish in the week ending 20th October. The clubs are offered free of charge and can be booked on a first come first served basis via Wisepay (please just book week 1 and this will guarantee a place for the whole half term).
Please note clubs will now run on a half termly basis this year, so will need to be re-booked each half term once available.
As spaces are limited, please ensure that your child is happy to attend the club and knows what will be involved. Poor attendance or difficulties with your child participating may lead to their place being offered to another pupil.
We have peripatetic music teachers who come into school to teach Piano, Violin and Guitar to pupils from Y2 through to Y6. Please note that these lessons are held during the school day and are charged on a half-term basis, in advance and offered to children, as spaces become available from a central waiting list. If you would like to put your child on the music lesson waiting list, please speak to the school office.
